How do we work through Haiti power issues?
We have two Generators, and complete renewable energy implemented in the operation to make sure we’re able to still function for our clients. We also have two internet service provider to prevent any issues with being able to serve.

HIRING PROCESS
First the applicant completes the online application on our website, a video is required to check if the candidate level of English, French, Creole, or Spanish is up to part, if qualified, an assessment test goes out to the candidate, if the assessment is passed we bring them in for a personal interview, then onboard if qualified.
At Buzz INCC we believe in 80% mindset & 20% business, we have wonderful meetings Monday-Friday discussing business such as KPIs, targets & etc. We also discuss growth and mindset building daily. We train everyday on sales, customer service, & we role play daily to ensure excellence.
